The entire hotel was updated last year, so it's in great shape. The rooms are always clean, nicely appointed, and contrary to the other review, you cannot hear through the walls easily. Site security is on top of things and in 5 years, we've only suffered one breech. All rooms have a beautiful view of the Colorado River, and allow our contingency of national and international racers LOVE this venue as it's not only warm and welcoming, but the race site is a short and convenient 100 yard walk to the water's edge. Each year the American Power Boat Association books a large block of rooms for the Nation Tour Stop (jet ski races) held there in May.
